How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password" and we email you a reset link. If the email does not arrive within a few minutes, check spam, then write us.
How does billing work?
Every account starts on the free plan. To upgrade, open Settings, then Plan & Storage, then Manage plan. Paid plans are billed monthly through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Receipts, card changes and cancellation are under Billing and receipts in the same place: sign in there with the email you paid with. Founding 15 members get 50% off their first 12 months.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings, then Security, then Delete account. This permanently removes your login and your company's jobs, photos, files and records. If you own a company with other members, remove them first or email us to transfer ownership. If you get stuck, email us and we will handle it.
Can my client see my numbers?
No. The client portal link shows only what you chose to share (photos, schedule, daily logs, project summary). Your financials stay private to you.
Where are my voice notes stored?
On your phone only. Recordings are never uploaded. When you add a note to a daily log, only the text you keep is saved to the job.

Do photos show where I took them?
No. Opperavo removes the hidden GPS location from every photo and video, and the phone details from photos, before upload. Photos are filed to the job you pick.
How do I add a video from my email or text messages?
On iPhone, open the message, press and hold the video, and tap Save Video (it goes to Photos) or Save to Files. On Android, tap the attachment and choose Download. Then in Opperavo open the job, tap Library / files, and pick it. Videos can be up to 50MB each, about 30 to 60 seconds of phone video.
